No refunds will be given unless class enrollment minimums are not met and therefore cancelled by Antagonist Productions. If you are enrolling in a free class or workshop, no payment information is required.Parent / Guardian Permission *I understand anyone under the age of 18 needs parent/guardian approval to register.Release of Liability *I do hereby release, waive and discharge Antagonist Productions and their affiliates, trustees, directors, officers, employees, and agents from any and all liability for injury, loss, damage, obligation, expense or penalty, including attorneys' fees, that I/my child may cause or sustain in connection with my/my child's participation with Antagonist Productions classes or workshops. I agree that Antagonist Productions assumes no responsibility for any injury or damage that might arise out of or in connection with my/my child's participation with any Antagonist Productions activity. By agreeing, I/my child knowingly and voluntarily assume(s) all such risks, and assume(s) sole responsibility for any accident or injury to myself/my child and other persons or property arising out of or in connection with participation in Antagonist Productions classes or workshops.Recording Policy *At Antagonist Productions, a safe and supportive rehearsal and learning space is very important to us. To that end, recording of Antagonist Productions classes, workshops, productions, or programs in any manner of filming is prohibited. I understand and agree that I will not record any portion of any class, workshop, production, or program by Antagonist Productions at any time.Media Release Waiver *I agree that any images or videos taken of me or my child during any Antagonist Productions program or event may be used by Antagonist Productions for archival, documentation, or publicity purposes.Schedule Commitment *Enrollment in any Antagonist Production class, workshop, or program reflects your commitment to attend and participate according to the scheduled calendar. It is your responsibility to attend classes as per the timetable provided upon registration. Non-attendance will be treated as a missed session, and there will be no makeup/rescheduling or refunds offered unless otherwise noted in the program’s terms. In cases of documented emergencies or exceptional situations, accommodations may be considered at the program’s discretion. However, refunds remain non-guaranteed, and alternative solutions (such as makeup sessions) will be explored instead.
